- The Free Trial is available for 30 days and includes up to 100 leads and 100 complimentary Dolphin Credits.
- Dolphin Credits
- Dolphin Credits are used for eligible usage-based services within Dolphin, including selected AI-powered features and services. Complimentary credits are promotional, non-transferable, non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional Credits
- Complimentary or promotional Dolphin Credits may only be used for eligible Dolphin services and cannot be used toward Meta advertising spend or other third-party charges unless specifically stated.
- Added Wallet Balance
- Funds added by the user to the Dolphin Wallet may be used for eligible paid services and usage charges available within Dolphin. Applicable usage and deductions will be shown transparently before or during use.
- AI-Powered Services
- Certain AI-powered actions, including AI-generated templates, creatives, campaign generation, AI customer support and future AI-powered capabilities, may deduct Dolphin Credits based on the service used. Applicable credit usage will be displayed within the platform.
- Meta Ads
- Dolphin does not charge a percentage of your advertising spend. Actual Meta advertising spend is paid separately through the connected Meta advertising account and payment method.
- WhatsApp Business Platform messaging charges may apply separately according to current Meta pricing, message category, destination and the business's applicable billing arrangement.
- Third-Party Charges
- Meta advertising costs, WhatsApp messaging charges and other external platform charges are not included in the Dolphin subscription unless specifically stated.
- Account Eligibility
- WhatsApp and Meta features require successful account connection and remain subject to the applicable policies, eligibility requirements and restrictions of Meta and other connected platforms.
- 6-Month Billing
- Customers choosing the 6-month billing option receive a 20% discount on the applicable Dolphin subscription and selected recurring plan components, unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.
