Data Deletion Instructions – Dolphin CRM

At Change Enterprises Private Limited, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from Dolphin CRM.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we can delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Lead and customer data stored within your account
  • Campaign history and communication logs
  • Uploaded files, images, and documents
  • AI-generated content and conversation history

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to support@dolphincrm.com from your registered email address with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your business name (as registered on Dolphin CRM)
  • Whether you want full account deletion or specific data removal

3. Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours and processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction and payment records (as required by Indian tax and financial regulations)
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

5. Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited upon account deletion.
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled with no refund for unused time.
